Services Description

CPH provides legal document preparation services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to the preparation of legal documents at the direction of the client.

Client Responsibilities

Providing accurate and complete information for document preparation
Reviewing all prepared documents before filing
Understanding that we cannot guarantee specific legal outcomes
Seeking independent legal advice when needed

Payment & Fees

Fees are quoted upfront before work begins. Payment is required before document delivery. Court filing fees and government agency fees are separate from our service fees.

Limitation of Liability

CPH is not responsible for any legal outcomes resulting from the use of documents we prepare. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
